Have A happy pragnancy.

To be happy and healthy in pregnancy is not that easy but by eating right with being active and engaging yourself in your favorite activities will make you calm and happy through out different phases of your pregnancy.

In the beginning its really hard to accept changes coming in your body, you feel irritated you start hating your much loved breakfast,you don’t really like to enjoy anything as it is the phase your body is reacting to the developing fetus .

In order to save the very delicate embryo your body started being very selective in eating automatically. That is why you feel extra sensitive to some smells and ready to through up just after having anything. This nausea feeling remains only for first trimester and as soon as your fetus grows above 10 weeks, you feel fresher and can enjoy food much like before.

It is recommended for the first trimester to eat little and eat frequently, eat light and easily digested food, take supplements regularly ,eat hand full of almonds and walnut with sultanas daily as they are rich in healthy fat required by your developing fetus .

After your first trimester, its lot easy to maintain your healthy diet avoids eating large and having long intervals between two meals, instead divide each meal in two and have good six or eight small helpings of different food in a day.

Eat fruits and salads add coconut water in your diet it helps in refreshing you and aid digestion.

to avoid constipation add phylum husk in you daily eating routine take 1 table spoon of phylum husk mix with water drink one large glass of water over it as it will help digesting it.

Add regular exercise light yoga ,breathing exercise helps you in smooth delivery, daily walking routine with your partner will help you emotionally and physically so either a long nice morning or evening walk should be added in your daily exercise routine.

Drink milk and add other dairy products in your diet like flavored yogurt, cheese, fresh cream on fruits it will give you additional calcium required for your developing fetus.

Engaging your self in you favorite childhood activities sooth you from inside like collecting leaves or painting listening to your favorite songs bring smoothness from inside and help you coping up with your pregnancy. Talking to your mom or your best friend work like a therapy to you. Talking to you developing baby will make you connecting to him/her and maternal feeling bring joys to your heart.

Talk your heart to your gynecologist. Talking to your doctor about what is going inside you will make you more aware of your body ask your doctor whatever troubles you.

Talk your worries out it will calm you and helps you psychologically.

Shop for your young ones, decorate there room will engage you and connect you with your baby .ask your spouse to be with you in these activities that will also connects him to you and your baby more strongly.

Pregnancy is the phase which changes your life completely so enjoy your experience and write day to day diary it will help you enjoy your body changes .
