Have A happy pragnancy.

To be happy and healthy in pregnancy is not that easy but by eating right with being active and engaging yourself in your favorite activities will make you calm and happy through out different phases of your pregnancy.

In the beginning its really hard to accept changes coming in your body, you feel irritated you start hating your much loved breakfast,you don’t really like to enjoy anything as it is the phase your body is reacting to the developing fetus .

In order to save the very delicate embryo your body started being very selective in eating automatically. That is why you feel extra sensitive to some smells and ready to through up just after having anything. This nausea feeling remains only for first trimester and as soon as your fetus grows above 10 weeks, you feel fresher and can enjoy food much like before.

It is recommended for the first trimester to eat little and eat frequently, eat light and easily digested food, take supplements regularly ,eat hand full of almonds and walnut with sultanas daily as they are rich in healthy fat required by your developing fetus .

After your first trimester, its lot easy to maintain your healthy diet avoids eating large and having long intervals between two meals, instead divide each meal in two and have good six or eight small helpings of different food in a day.

Eat fruits and salads add coconut water in your diet it helps in refreshing you and aid digestion.

to avoid constipation add phylum husk in you daily eating routine take 1 table spoon of phylum husk mix with water drink one large glass of water over it as it will help digesting it.

Add regular exercise light yoga ,breathing exercise helps you in smooth delivery, daily walking routine with your partner will help you emotionally and physically so either a long nice morning or evening walk should be added in your daily exercise routine.

Drink milk and add other dairy products in your diet like flavored yogurt, cheese, fresh cream on fruits it will give you additional calcium required for your developing fetus.

Engaging your self in you favorite childhood activities sooth you from inside like collecting leaves or painting listening to your favorite songs bring smoothness from inside and help you coping up with your pregnancy. Talking to your mom or your best friend work like a therapy to you. Talking to you developing baby will make you connecting to him/her and maternal feeling bring joys to your heart.

Talk your heart to your gynecologist. Talking to your doctor about what is going inside you will make you more aware of your body ask your doctor whatever troubles you.

Talk your worries out it will calm you and helps you psychologically.

Shop for your young ones, decorate there room will engage you and connect you with your baby .ask your spouse to be with you in these activities that will also connects him to you and your baby more strongly.

Pregnancy is the phase which changes your life completely so enjoy your experience and write day to day diary it will help you enjoy your body changes .

GOOD EATING HABBITS.

A very common perception is that one should starve to be in shape .Wrong eating less than the requirement of body will lead to many ailments and deficiencies.

A most important thing to start our day is a very healthy breakfast and many of us neglect it and think it will help in reducing our weight ..wrong missing breakfast will make us eat more at wrong trimmings .for example if you skip ur breakfast any thing that comes in front you will make you crave for t hat and you will end up eat junk instead of healthy breakfast and will gain weight.

I know in morning you have very little time for yourself to make your own breakfast try preparing things for yourself at night .

For example , you can make healthy flax meal or oat meal muffins in evening can store them,made flax seed bread or bran bread for yourself and store it.

For Indian breakfast u can boil chana or chola keep frozen just defrost it in morning add masala and you are done .
Switch to sugar free will also help tea drinker reducing weight.Add stir fry vegetables and boiled eggs in your breakfast for more protiens and good carbs.
Vegetraians can switch to soy seeds boiled with stirfried veges ,vegetable juice ,fruits and bran bread.

Be creative with your own likings and taste decide menus for the whole week ahead and you wil find your time enjoying a complete healthy breakfast.

By having a enriched balanced breakfast with more proteins will make you energetic for more than 4 hrs .Try eating healthy snacks with tea at work or home like roasted dry fruits 15 -20 of them are ideal for good fat requirement of your body.roasted mong dal and phoa are good choices of namkeen for snacks you can eat fruits also in between meals.

Having three complete meals with balance of everything will not mke you over weight try to avoid fried and oily stuff ,for sweets try to satisfy your self with little .

Eating is not sin,its only a little shift in your habbits make you feel more charge up and in shape.
regular walk or little exercise will do the rest good for your body.

so stop thinking of tomorrow start changing your eaating habbits today for more healthy and long life.
